- Bonny Bliars
Mosey to the parking lot
1 Minute and 10 seconds of Gravity Stretch
- Tender Spice – as far as we know, he is still waiting on his paperwork so he can get paid for the work that he has done thus far

- IPC at Grayskull Thursday
Today was another great day that the Lord gave us to workout on. We started out just fine with some exercises in cadence. The Merkins were rough and I almost forgot to breath during it which about caught up to me on the last rep. Then on the little arm circles I apparently went too fast even though the cadence was not fast. As a result, several PAX started saying that I looked like a hummingbird. That is actually where the inspiration for the title of this workout came from. We had a good laugh about it, but I made sure to start the overhead claps really fast for some good ol’ fun.
We were honored with the presence of Kiper (I have not met him before, but I believe he is a Florence PAX) as well as Vogue and Shaft (it seems that the people that named him were taking a card out of our playbook [i.e. Ramrod]). The latter two are from Florence/Hartsville and it seems that it may be something where they can come out more frequently Maybe we will even see them at Warpath as we invited them and told them where to be.
When we did the 1 minute and 10 second exercises, I intentionally did not follow the pattern of 17 since it would not likely end well if we did the same exercise for 2 minutes and 50 seconds straight or cut exactly in half. I know some of the guys definitely would be able to handle that, but I know I would have some struggle with that. Sorry about the math there Spirit FIngers.
I did hear several comments about my shirt being too small, so if someone would like to explain if it actually was too small and how to tell please let me know. I thought it was funny since I generally hear that my workout clothes are tattered, falling apart, or small. So I get a kick out of it.
During the 2 Corners portion of the workout, Kimchi and Big Worm gave us a show and something to take our minds off of the exercise for a little while. We got a laugh and sometimes it may have gotten awkward for them. But during butt kicks, it was asked by Thriller, if I am not mistaken, if we could partner up. I said sure and Kimchi went over to Big Worm and they faced each other and kind of grabbed each others hands/arms while doing the exercise. We got a kick out of seeing that. They also did a form of tag/chasing each other while doing high knees which was quite amusing as well.
