Moleskin

We got to enjoy a nice ab workout. It took longer than expected to do a twenty-five so we ended up only doing one. But based on what people were saying, it probably should have been modified. Me and several others had a raw rear end and I think that I even lost some skin.

Overall it went well and everyone persevered despite the soarness and repetition of exercises. I will not be bringing back the twenty-fives for tomorrow at Rumble. I hope to see you guys in the gloom.
