Moleskin:
This morning was different in a good way. It was themed after the show Get Smart as well as the 2008 movie with the same title. At first we got off to a good start with the warmup, but by the time we got to the actual exercises, there was a bit of indecision on what to choose: KAOS or CONTROL. After a little bit of indecision the pattern of KAOS then CONTROL emerged.
When we were about done, I was planning on letting us stop at 6:10, but a couple of PAX asked that we continue on, so we did a couple more rounds until about 6:14. That is why we did Nealis out of order.
Overall it was a good bit of fun getting to theme it after a show I grew up with. Thanks for letting me lead the workout!
