MOLESKIN: I had planned out a tough “8” centric workout consisting of 8 sets of 8 exercises with 8 reps. I was so sore this morning I decided to change it up on the spot for something a little less impactful. Keep an eye out for the “Kraken’s Revenge”, the creature from the deep shall be back.
P.S. Is the Kraken an octopus? A squid? Or neither? Octopus have 8 arms and Squid have 10. Anyone have any knowledge on historical cryptids?
