MOLESKIN: the wind this morning was no joke. I’m not a fan of wind. But it became an afterthought quick, until the flag fell (25 penalty burpees). Sawdust and I got to meet for a few minutes before anyone else showed up. Seems like a cool guy. Good to have a group of 6 today. I’ve now been at f3 for a little over 6 months. I’m down 26lbs and feeling stronger every day. Also more mentally clear throughout the day. I’m finding that my days go better when I don’t miss a workout. I’m looking forward to having friends from Greenville in town this weekend and potentially bringing a friend of mine to Scrooge on Saturday.
