Grab blocks and take them to the side of Hoppa’s Yard.
Sprees (Murder Bunny across Hoppa’s Yard, do 12x exercise, a lap around Hoppa’s Yard, 12x same exercise):

Mosey to soft surface, do 30x Big Boys, mosey back

It was a nice morning. It was a good morning to get into things. It is the 6th, so the exercise count had to be a multiple of 6. Since 6 is often too low, we bump it to 12 or higher. So we can get things ready and knocked out. So, on we go.
As we go through the warmup, I realized that there were a lot of opportunities to throw in an “alrighty”, so I did. I did try to use it while running to see if anyone would do a Squat mid run, but no one took the bait. But the “alrighty” s kept coming. This would continue on through the workout. Once the warmup was done, we hot a bit of a classic problem: the workout looked better on paper than in actuality. Murder Bunnies definitely are not that hard, right? Right? Well, they take a toll. So I quickly realized that doing them all back to back would kill my arms. So instead, after 3 of them, we went to the soft surface. This was just enough to allow my arms to recover, hopefully everyone else could as well.
Then we just had to take the blocks back and Gravity Stretch. All in all, it was a nice days work. Thank you for letting me lead!
