It was a nice morning. The temperature is cool and it’s time to get going. We start going around Hoppa’s Yard. Big Hurt and Pinto are having a good chat. So it is time to get an alrighty in. With that out of the way, we begin to do exercises and Mosey around Hoppa’s Yard. By the end of that Big Hurt and Pinto have done a decen t bit of extra Squats and we have gotten to hear about my family’s Canada trip and some about baseball. So we continue on to the meat of the workout.
We run out to the Grove and at each telephone pole light that is on on the left, we do an exercise. It starts off easy and gets harder as we go. Along the way, we see a school bus parked in the Hope Health parking lot. They don’t seem inclined to go anywhere. So we continue on our way. We get to the Rail to Trail cut through and then have to head back. All this time I had been throing out an alrighty or 3, depending upon whether or not I was heard. Thus the Squats added up for Big Hurt and Pinto. Yet I was not looking forward to the remainder as the trip back would double the exercises. But, I was definitely more worried about others having to do it rather than myself… As such, we continued on. We had a bit of a rough time with the 26 Burpees and the ground had some divits from where my feet would plant. But life had to go on, so we skipped the 3 leg specific exercises that came afterwards. Yet there was something off. It was almost like there were less telephone poles on the right that had lights on the way back. It’s almost like they had light level detectors on them and some were less accurate than others. But we continued forward and got to hear about school district funding and board related funding cotes that sounded fishy. It definitely kept us entertained. Thus we made it to the end of the workout on the soft surface with the last of the ab exercises and the Gravity Stretch.
All in all, I think it went well. Thank y’all for letting me lead!
