Do an exercise and then mosey to the other side of the basketball court:

It was a nice morning. It was a little chilly, but several PAX decide to brave the cold and come on out. We got some nice leg work in. Yogi did get to play some soccer as we did the 4 Corner Pyramid as there was a ball on the route that he kicked. We also got to hear a little more about Bunker and the fact that he is moving come January.
If you were wondering, the name of this workout comes from me being inspired by a workout that Wee Man did on Saturday that was inspired by a Uhaul Q.
