This morning was the first time I had Qed over at Rumble. It was a good bit of fun, but it was a little sad that we could not use the hill over to the side of the school. Nevertheless, we pushed forward and were able to have a good workout.
This workout was inspired by Wee Man because at one point he had had the PAX do either 50 or 100 Squats and then run a lap around the school. I deemed a full lap to take too long, so we did 3rd’s instead.
I was going to modify and go down to 2 sets of 25 4 ct. Bonny Blairs, but Wee Man did not want a modification, so we went with the original plan. It was music to my ears to keep hearing that at least it was not muggy (as we were drenched in sweat).
Yogi took the lead on the Burpees and Bear Crawls making sure he got the Burpees in and then led us with Lunges as a modification.
It was all good fun and I enjoyed being able to lead the workout. Thank you guys for coming on out! I hope to have the pleasure of working out with you guys again soon.
