This morning, Big Worm did a Murph preworkout and Yogi did a run preworkout. Both of them put in a lot of work today.
Today I found out that we were in need of a Q. So I decided to pull out an old workout from early on that I Qed. So I decided to include the 20 Burpee Countdown. I asked whether to do the hard or easy workout and was told we should start with the hard one. So we started with the 20 Burpee Countdown.
We didn’t do much talking, but we all made it through in one piece.
