It was a cold morning where tradeoffs were had. We could have stayed home in the warmth or worked out in the cold making sure to warmup via the workout. We chose the latter. It was good. I am pretty sure I forgot something from the workout, but the above is the gist of it. Thank you for coming on out on this cold morning.
