CONDITIONS: Muggy but nice.
WARMUP: Most had done prework so we jumped ahead to the workout.
THE THANG: Mosey to lights poles for there and back intervals of American Hammers, SS toe touches, merkins and Big Boys. One minute plank at the turn around. Mosey to rock pile for the only burpees of the day (5). Accelerate to the tunnel. Bear crawls half way down the tunnel and then wall sit with pass the briefcase for 3 minutes. Move to the fire pit for three rounds of all 10’s.
River Dance Dips, incline merkins and gas pumpers.
Attack the hill at Woodstone Drive, runnning acceleration group up for one minute plank followed by 5 merkins. Mosey to Alton Drive hill for run intervals and work. Strong effort by all here. Begin mosey back to launch. Regroup and final acceleration back to the circle.
MARY: 50 big boys, 50 single count American Hammers.

PRAYER REQUEST: Colonel Sanders and Yogi Ms as they are working through some physical rehab, PAX battling sickness and the South Florence student/ family who recently lost his life.

MOLESKIN: I’d say it was a classic day at Rumble. Strong effort by all PAX and a good mix of chatter and work. A small amount of effort here and there prepares us for times when the effort is continually required (the hard stuff). These men are putting in the effort every day, just a reminder here to keep it up. Check out 2 Peter Chapter 1: 5-8. Our efforts in seeking God’s word and knowledge of Him prepares us in all ways to be effective and productive.
