MOLESKIN: Sharpie did the preruck, then he had to go to work. We took the picture before he had to go and had a little chat before I headed home.

I’ll do this Q later, not really possible solo. I did not do a great job of reaching out individually ahead of time, something I will seek to do better in the coming year. Today was a real reminder for me, if it’s easy to do it’s also easy not to do. I could have easily reached out to several folks ahead of time and I just did not, lesson learned. It’s the little habits, the small things, day after day that really make the difference.

I will be finishing out some personal goals for 2026 this morning, and actually writing them down. I hope you MAKE a chance to reflect on 2025 and consider what you want to do in 2026. Be blessed men.
