Moleskin:
It was a cold morning. It was time to begin. But there was a problem. I had planned to run. But I realized it would be better to do less running and more movement as a part of the exercises. All that meant was we would audible a decent bit. The exercises would stay similar in terms of the ones selected, but 11s was off the table. Thus we would need to do something different. So we went on into the warmup. We would slowly make our way around the school. We made it through that and then started on the timer based exercise. It worked out decently. We did have a car try to come through the side parking lot, but besides that, it was mostly uneventful and hopefully everyone was able to stay warm and not be numb.
