MOLESKIN:

I honestly forgot I had the queue until Sunday. It was a great morning that felt really nice to be out in the gloom. I arrived and saw that sharpie and bionic were already in the parking lot. Bishop arrived shortly before liftoff. We circle up and Paycheck pulled in right on time at 5:30 AM! We started off with the warm-up and then headed over to the bus loop to begin the Thang. When YHC communicated the Banked BOMBS exercise, sharpie informed that this is usually a partner workout. Well that’s true, but today was different. I wanted it to be tough and get ready for 2026. We began the Burpees and at around 25 Burpees, I was second-guessing the decision to do the solo without a partner, but we all continued strong and 60% of the pax finisbed the Banked BOMBS within time. We went back to the circle and closed it out.

Strong work to everybody this morning for getting out after the Christmas festivities and getting back to the grind to start the week. Let’s show up strong to Bionics Q on Wednesday and finish the year with a BANG! :boom:

I was in Butler, Tennessee this past week for seven days and miss the gloom, but it was good to be with the family away from extended family in Florence. This is the first time we’ve gone away for a major holiday like Christmas and it was nice to connect and be with each other without worrying about schedules and extended family drama. Lead your family in a way that might be unconventional if that’s what you see might be best. Traditions can be good but also if the good is not visible, then dont feel burdened to continue them for the sake of tradition.

Carry on.

Wee out.
