MOLESKIN: the word of the day today is discipline. Saying no to the small good today, for the greater good tomorrow. Or saying no to the smLl pleasures for the big Joy we’ll have later on. Staying in bed today would’ve felt good, but being in shape and being able to be a good dad to our kids feels better. Today’s Q was put together last minute, but we made it work and was a good time. Col Sanders and I had plenty of time for mumblechatter in-between the exercises, I told him about our cruise, and how breadsticks and I talked on the cruise about how great it is being a fit dad. There were alot of unfit dads in the ship, and watching them disappoint their kids was heart breaking. Having the discipline to get up early, put in the work, and show up to do hard things pays dividends over and over again when we can be the Dad our kids need us to be. Sleeping in may feel good, but not disappointing our kids feels great. Anyway thats my 2 cents. Thank you for allowing me to lead today SYITG
