MOLESKIN: really enjoyed putting this together, scary movies are always fun and trying to design workouts with a scary movie theme seemed like an idea, maybe not a good idea but still an idea. Adding to existing movements was definitely interesting and surprising how much more difficult it made them. Some of the movements will probably be incorporated in later workout, so stay tuned.
