Moleskin:

It was a mostly morning. The worry was it would rain. Yet the rain held off. So we were able to get in a bit of running with the block exercises. It was definitely nice to be able to do a block workout. But it was also different.

As for the theme, I made sure that since it is Columbus Day we got to do something related to it: 1492. Hence the 14s, 9s, and 2s in the workout. There were also the 3 exercises for the 3 ships used.

Beyond that, everyone made it just fine, though Big Worm was a little later than the others. But even so we all were there by the time we got through the first 3 warmup exercises. I made sure to say “Alrighty” especially once some of the PAX would move the block off of the pavilion tables to start an exercises. Just gotta get a little bit of a heard start, right? The other interesting mechanic was going anti-counter-clockwise and reverse anti-counter-clockwise, though I did eventually forget which one we did last when I removed all of the extra modifiers on one of the laps. But I guess you can’t win them all. I was not too surprised when I was the only one to do the Gravity Stretch at the end. But you can’t fault a man for trying.

All things considered, I think it went well. It was not too rainy or otherwise problematic. Everyone had blocks and it was a little crazy. Have a blessed day and hopefully this week with school starting back up goes well.
