THE THANG: The Christmas Star. Center was 5 burpees. Each direction you bear crawled there and back. 4 directions and a workout at each. 25 merkins, 25 squats, 25 Freddy Mercuries, 25 LBCs. After 2 legs of the star someone can yell out Leroy Jenkins and we all ran to the next parking lot and back. Completed four Leroy Jenkins!
