1st exercise 100 merkins while Sharpie carried the 120 lb sandbag all the way to bridge. Each Pax picks up something else Heavy and catches up with Pax carrying 120lb sandbag bag.

Stopped a few times otw way back and took turns in parking lot carrying bag and exercises.
