It was a nice evening at a friend’s house where we were watching football. It was also time to start planning the workout. So a plan to do 2 Corners and run a bit was hatched. Staying with the usual rigamarole I made sure to include some “Alrightys” and some held laps of Hoppa’s Yard. Then we would pull out 2 Corners. From there it would just be a matter of time before things ended or we ran out of exercises. Well, we ended before we ran out of exercises. Big Worm was probably happy that I wasn’t calling out “Alright” anymore at the end since I was adding it in before each exercise and run and 3 before the Gravity Stretch.

During the workout, we got to learn some about Monty’s Banff trip. It sounds like they had great weather up there. The Canadians seemed to be commenting on the 51st state idea saying that they were against it. We also heard that he was able to eat poutine. I can say from experience it is good, but it is a heart attack waiting to happen. We got to lean some about Thriller getting to go to Clemson game over the weekend. It sounds like they had some parking pass excitement when their pass was left at home. However it all worked out in the end.

Well, it is about time I head on out. Thank you for letting me lead. Spend some more time memorizing and meditating on the Word of the Lord.
