MOLESKIN:
Growing up in Darlington, I figured we’d have a race themed Q and just go in laps, turning left, then doing pushups.
What could be more fun?
I did promise stretching and we got about 10 minutes of that in. We got a little bit of a late start with some good mumblechatter early in the Q from the Prerun/Preruck so I ran out of time.
Also, most of our counts were x10, but one I did x9 and I can’t remember which one it even was. So…oh well, there ya go. Per my fitbit, did 5 minutes at Peak, 25 at Vigorous, 22 at moderate, and 17 light.
Overall we pushed ourselves early, relaxed a little in the end. Hope everyone’s day is like that.
