THE THANG:
Mosey to Pinto’s pipes for a ladder workout. Pax perform 10 rounds of 2 exercises: Burpee ups (burpee plus a pull up) and dips. Round one is 1 burpee up and 1 dip. Each round the number of reps increases by one until 10 reps of each are completed.
Mosey to the cinder blocks for some burpee EMOMS.
Pax perform the following exercises with the stipulation that they must stop every minute on the minute and do 5 burpees.
100 curls
50 shoulder presses
50 big boy sit ups
