Unexpectedly cool morning with pleasant, non-intense sunshine.

THE THANG:
We began with a “pre-exhaustion” which consisted of a brief series of long jumps and bunny hops across segments of the parking lot.
We then mosey’d to the monkey bars where we did some sets of leg raises, dips, and burpees. Sufficiently pre-exhausted (at least of paper), we made our way to the rail trail where we did a typical run with stops where we would do various exercises including planks, jump squats, side-straddle hops, shoulder-taps, and combinations of them all. At the 1 mile mark, we did a non-stop “Native American run” back to Ebenezer Park. We barely made it back by 8.
