• 10 Block Thrusters

Station 2 – Tractor Tire Trials (partner work)

• Partner A – Big Boys x 25 – while Partner B jump in and out of the tire

(Rinse and repeat x 2)

• Partner A flips tire twice – while Partner lunges – flapjack all the way to the tree line (5 burpees) and back across the field to the start

Station 3 – Core Burnout
