The theme was going from individual to group. Just like the pledge starts with I and ends in ALL.

In the exercises, we started with I. Individual focus, individual goals. Then we went to team, then we ended with All where the exercise required everyone to succeed. While we do have personal responsibilities for sure, we aren’t in this life for just us. Another reminder today.
