THE THANG:

Kettle complex

15 curls

15 swings

10 single arm Overhead presses each side

15 bent over rows

Pax performed each exercise with 20 seconds rest in between each exercise and 1 minute rest at the end of each round

After the first round we brought in Wee man’s 55lb orangutan kettlebell and placed it in the middle, and pax took turns In A rotating fasion using that kettlebell for their round.

MOLESKIN: we got a late start this morning, but were still able to get some good work in. I picked the workout so it was strenuous but there was still able to have some mumblechatter during the rest times. We discussed how chimps and orangutans are not monkeys because they dont have tails. Idk what other qualities primates need to have to be classified as monkeys but tails are one of them. Can’t remember much else we discussed but we had a good time and got better. Thank you for allowing me to lead today gentlemen SYITG
