Pax finds a pull up bar and does 1 burpee-up. Rotating clockwise around the pull up bars, increase the number of burpee-ups by 1 until reaching 10 reps(55 total). For each station between each pull up bar, pax can choose 10 reps of an exercise of their liking (dips, leg raises, sit ups, etc.)
