Moleskin:

It was 9 the night before the workout. It was time to plan the workout. Well, since I thought I was going to lead on the 18th, but actually did not, I already had a partial plan. But since I learned about the Pete and Bobby challenge over the weekend, I decided to include that as well. We all made it in the 10 minutes allotted. Though, I may have had to modify the pull ups to inch/chin ups, but I made it through. I was definitely regretting calling it once I got 25 pull ups in. But the show must go on, so while I was wondering when it would end, I was telling myself only 5 more rounds, only 4, then only 1 more. It was definitely harder than I expected. But I guess I should have expected that given my dislike for/lack of practice in pull ups.

As per usual, we had some (Big Worm) who were doing a Squat each time I said alrighty. So I tried to make that even out. It did not quite make sure that the multiple of Squats was indeed a multiple of 25, but it was in the ballpark. As for the warmup, it was mostly from the 18th where the plan was to do a lot of legs and abs. But since we were doing the Pete and Bobby challenge it was necessary to cut out some of the running and Lunges. Beyond that, it was probably a 50/50 effort between the plan for the 18th and the plan for the 25th. You can see those two numbers sprinkled in with the one hiccup during the warmup where we did 10 reps instead of 9.

We got to discuss several different topics during the 90 seconds of fun and the run afterwards. Topics varied from the false alarm about an active shooter at USC, to Big Worm’s house prep and new house, to Canadian Customs, and much much more.
