Following up with a non-ruck version of a mile workout after yesterday’s mile ruck workout.

21 parking space suicide equals 1mile.

At this point this is all that the Q had pre meditated for the workout.

So taking a step back to workouts past we decided to use the playground equipment.

30 crunches with feet on seat of swing.

10 burpee pull-ups.
