Moleskin:
The workout began in its typical fashion. We ended up running a warmup around Hoppa’s Yard as we did exercises. At first it was pretty easy, but once we got to the 16 count ab related exercises, I began regretting my life choices that led me to choosing to add in those exercises. It would have been better to swap out the 1 minute ab exercises from the last workout for these 16 count or higher ab exercises. That would definitely have caused a bit of a burn. But thankfully, we all made it through the set of exercises.
Once that was done, we moved on to the actual workout: 4 Corners. We were able to get that knocked out with only some level of difficulty. It was just that it took pretty much the whole time. The reason we did 4 Corners was because on Sunday Big Hurt had suggested doing stations and this was the closest to that that I was willing to go given how tired I was Sunday evening when I started planning this workout.
