MOLESKIN: I was very tired and sore from this past weekend, but glad I was able to get out and do some stretches. Bionic seemed like he was pretty sore too, and I believe everyone there enjoyed the stretch Q
It’s good to not have every workout a beatdown. Sometimes active recovery is the best thing you can do. Really enjoyed the fellowship during the workout. Thank you for allowing me to lead SYITG
