Moleskin:
It was early in the morning and I left with 12 minutes to spare instead of just 10. I get to 5 points and wonder if the 2 extra minutes will allow me to make it in time since I hit the red light there. I get through the light and make my way there. I finally see the school and have 2 minutes to spare. Sharpie is already there waiting in his car. I get out and prepare to start. We decide to wait a minute and see if Yogi shows up which he does. Thus we are able to do a 9 related workout. It started off relatively nice with the 18 Side Straddle Hops and continue on. However I could hear the confusion when we got to the second set of Merkins. I too was confused when my arms were pretty soar. But I had to push through just like everyone else. Then come the Burpees. Once that is done, we are able to get to the main part of the workout: the ab and plank exercises. During this, we are able to discuss many topics while working out. We also get to topics during the COT as well. These topics vary and include many things including, but not limited to, abolishing the 2 party system, ICE raids, obstruction of a federal investigation, the new Superman Movie, and the live action Lilo & Stitch movie. We got to get through everything with 1 minute exercises and 30 second planks that definite may have been longer due to someone’s forgetfulness…
