Start in a banana plank and whenever Bonnie says “turn around ” turn over to a superman plank. Turn over back every time Bonnie tells you too, holding a plank each time.

Mosey to bottom of the hill.

Partner up, parter A runs to the top if the hill and performs 3 burpees then heading back, while Partner B crabwalks to top of the hill. Flapjack when you meet your partner until both partners meet at the top, Mosey back to parking lot for track 2

Track 2 the Cha cha slide

Pax start in a plank position and perform the routine as rhe dj describes.

Mosey back to hill for more Partner work, Partner B runs first while A bear crawls to the top and burpees. Very similar to 1st round

Roxanne by the police

Start in plank position and every time Sting says Roxanne do a merkin. Continue for the entirety of the song.

MOLESKIN: I always try to put together fun and different Q’s even though we dont have thr tons of fun q award anymore (thanks NJ LOL) I wasn’t sure how this was going to go, but it seemed like everyone had a good time. I played the wrong version of total eclipse of the heart first so we had to do that twice lol. The cha cha slide turned out to be way harder than I thought it was going to be. Bionic forgot this was a Saturday 1hr Q after that and was not excited there was still alot more fun to be had coming up on the 7:45 mark. NJ told us how FIA used to do Q’s with music so whenever a pax would do a music Q other pax would poke fun and call it a FIA q so no one did it anymore. Thankfully I wasn’t around for that because this was alot of fun. Anyways thank you for allowing me to lead today SYITG
