MOLESKIN: Sharpies run burpee run Q part 2! During our run Bionic reminded me that last time I did this I didn’t give fair warning, I did this time and only him and yogi showed up so idk if fair warning was a good idea or not but we still had a good time
We got to get some distance covered, over 2 miles, we did some burpees in Paychecks yard ti let him know we miss him, we visited Holly and jolly, and made it back just in time to get some stretch work in. I’ve been trying to get a daily stretch in just to get more mobile and not as stiff, and I belive I’ll try to incorporate stretches into all my Qs for a whole.
