Shoulder press ladder: 10 rounds, with each round consisting of 1 blockee, 5 curls, and an increasing number of shoulder presses (1 to 10)

Partner cinder block swings X 10 each followed by partner block merkins (balance block on back while doing merkins). Rinse and repeat.
Slow shoulder presses IC X 10. Rinse and repeat
Partner A bear crawls with block to trees while partner B does 5 burpees. Upon completion of burpees, partner B catches up to Partner A and flap jack until endpoint
Partner A will murder bunny with block to trees while partner B does 3 burpees. Upon completion of burpees, partner B catches up to Partner A and flap jack until endpoint
Slow BBS with feet in block IC X 10. Rinse and repeat.
