As you may have noticed, some of this workout was plagiarised from Monday’s Q. Normally Nurse Jackie would have Qed at one of the two AOs, but either he was unable to do so or both were already taken on the Q calendar. So I decided to keep the streak alive. Now you might be saying, “But Web. Wouldn’t he have us play some kind of sport on Saturday.” And I would say, “Yes, but I am not Nurse Jackie. So this will have to do.” So now that that is out of the way, we can focus on the workout and its mechanics.

Each rep was to be 40 in honor of Nurse Jackie turning 40. We did sets of 3 under the picnic tables in order to avoid any possible rain. Thankfully there was none so we could focus on either using the tables or the soft surface as needed. The lap around Hoppa’s Yard just allowed us to spruce things up a little. The Mary/assorted exercises on the soft surface were to just round things out since we had tennis players on and around the tennis courts and 4 Corners might not have gone over too well.

Beyond that, we got to hear a little about Big Worm being with the in-laws. A little about the travel time. I even got him to say “What?!” when he heard that we would be doing 40 backwards lunges (2ct.) after the forwards lunges. That was a first for me. I am not sure whether to take that as a good thing or not. But unless otherwise stated, I will take it as an achievement that may never be reached again. Beyond that, we got to hear squirrels fighting on one of the roofs. It sounded as if they were in a trash can banging around on the edges. We also got to hear about Billy Ho planning to head to the beach. Hopefully he can avoid the rain.
