Moleskin:
It was a nice morning to get up and workout. I pulled in and saw Big Hurts truck. It was time to get going. So I did some warming up and Big Worm pulled in. Thus things began in earnest. We got to talk about several different topics during the warmup and the actual workout. During the workout there was one instance of messed up cadence, but beyond that all was went well there. I am sure though there was discomfort in doing so many ab and arm related exercises in cadence back to back. I know that I was tired. But we pushed through and made it to the end.
The count for the exercises was 14 since 2 to 7 is 14. But beyond that, everything else pretty much came into being based on somewhat random thoughts and plans that I feel too lazy at this hour to get into. Suffice it to say that they were very spaghetti brained ideas. Yet they still worked out.
