Moleskin:

Monday we were told we would get abs. However we mostly did arms with a little and. So I decided it was time for some mostly ab related exercises. _And it absolutely had nothing to do with the fact that might heart rate was too high yesterday during the run and I just wanted a low movement set of exercises._ Thus we did a little running at the start and abs pretty much the rest of the way.

When I pulled in, it was just Big Hurt and I. But Thriller pulled up shortly. The right as we were about to start, Big Worm pulled in. So we waited for him and then got going into the warmup. As usual, there were some “alrighty”‘s said. Big Hurt and Big Worm did Squats when that was said. We got to hear about how Big Hurt ran fast last night at the Toppo (?) Demo Run last night. We also heard that Schnitzel won the 50% off discount for some shoes, but it sounds like it will not be used. All of this was discussed as we meandered on through the warmup. I will say I got tripped up on one of the warmup cadence counts and did not end up properly doing the final cadence. I mixed up when to stop even though I recognized that we had just done number ten. But I think we can definitely just blame that on the PAX not saying half of the counts because they were chatting…

But beyond that, the warmup went well and we got to do some ab exercises. It seems they were received well enough. But we always seemed to chat during the exercises, High Planks, and transitions. But it was good to catch up on different things like how work is going and the like. We got some updates on some other situations as well. So overall it was pretty good.

In the end, we got to do a Gravity Stretch which is always nice. Then we got to finish up the 11 based workout. Thanks for letting me lead. Remember that we are not called to do life alone. If you are struggling, pull a brother aside and ask for help or prayer.
