Moleskin:

It was late at night and no plan was in place. So several exercises were thrown together. Then came morning and it was off to the races. I pull into the parking lot at about the start time and only Sharpie is there. It seemed like a smaller crowd than usual. However Mr. Rogers, Yogi, and Frodo all pulled in shortly afterwards. Thus we started. It was not too cool, so that was nice.

When we were there, the pattern of 14 quickly became apparent after the mixup of doing 13 reps and then having to do 15 to compensate. After that, things fell into place.

We got to hear a little about a high school student who broke the track 800m record with a time of 1:54. That is definitely fast. He would give Big Worm and American Pi a run for their money. He might also be a good rabbit for them.

Beyond that, my brain is a little hazy. We did get to hear a little on how to make some kinds of meet, but the technical details are escaping me right now. I am not sure whether to be worried I am going senile already or that I am too tired to properly remember this. But baby steps. My energy level is better than last week. So that is good.
