25 merkins at the bottom, hop the wall and 25 big boy sit ups at the rd. Mosey back to start to rinse and repeat

5 burpees, run to the bottom of the hill and perform 10 jump squats

Bernie sanders back to start, rinse and repeat.

MOLESKIN: I dropped the ball and hadn’t planned anything yesterday, so I threw this Q together. Sharpies wall is always a fun and different thing and it works out different muscles so I enjoy doing that. I believe we were all surprised on how much the Bernie sanders worked out our legs especially after 4 rounds. I believe that we all got better this morning and I really appreciate I was allowed to lead today. SYITG
