MOLESKIN:

Pushed it for me, I needed to keep up with all the other PAX. Per my fitbit, 33 zone minutes total (including the cooldown) and 23 in the high zones.

The goal was to have 16 individual exercises, including the cooldown portion, at the entrance to the yard. 5+4+3+2+1 is 15, plus the cooldown makes 16.

Why 16? In honor of Abraham Lincoln. We likely do not have a country at all, certainly not what we have today, without his influence. He was also, by all accounts, a man of sincere faith. Here is one of his prayers:

Almighty God, who has given us this good land for our heritage;

We humbly beseech You that we may always prove ourselves

a people mindful of Your favor and glad to do Your will.

Bless our land with honorable ministry, sound learning,

and pure manners.

Save us from violence, discord, and confusion,

from pride and arrogance, and from every evil way.

Defend our liberties, and fashion into one united people,

the multitude brought here out of many kindreds and tongues.

Endow with Your spirit of wisdom those whom in Your name

we entrust the authority of government, that there may be

justice and peace at home, and that through obedience to Your law,

we may show forth Your praise among the nations of the earth.

In time of prosperity fill our hearts with thankfulness,

and in the day of trouble, suffer not our trust in You to fail;

all of which we ask through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Amen.
