The Thang:

Create a triangle with the parking lot. Move from point A to point B and then point C. But then move back to Point B and then point A. Do not go from C to A.

Goal:

Point A: 100 Curls using blocks

Point B: 200 Squats

Point C: 300 LBCs

Start in point A. When you stop to rest at any point move to the next point. Do the same until you are done with your reps. Honor system: you have to move to next point if you stop even by a little bit, and regardless of how many reps you have done.

Circle Up:

50 Curls using blocks

25 Overhead presses using blocks
