Mosey around ball field to pull ups

3 rounds of 5 pull-ups and 5 burpees

Mosey to stations with heavy things

Round 1:

Farmer carry 35lb timer

Burpee deadlifts

Ab rollers

Slam ball over shoulder

KB swings

Sand bag squats

OH press with DB

Mosey lap around hoppas yard

Round 2:

Farmer carry timer

Burpee deadlifts

Ab rollers

Slam ball thrusters with OH throw

KB swings

Sand Bag lunges

Curls with DBs

Mosey to agility ladder

Agility ladder, Mosey to hurdles, burpee before each hurdle.

After last hurdle beae crawl to cone, broad jump to next cone, bunny hop to next cone then Mosey around hoppas yard to stop

Repeat with same but if to get passed by Pax do 10 burpees

Next 2 rounds jail break to last cone and back. If you get passed 15 burpees

Qbert passed big Hurt. Big Hurt was a good sport and did all 15 ever tho we tried to get some for him!

Last round same as first. Q bert tried to pass me but he let me stay in front. He could’ve blown by me! Thank you Qbert for no Burpees!

MARY: in Circle and Pax called exercise for 10 reps.
