Burpee Ladder

During minute 1: 1 burpee

During minute 2: 2 burpees

Continue to add burpee every minute until you can no longer complete the burpees within a minute

We made it to minute 12 for total 78 burpees

Card 4:

7 rounds of 7 exercises for 7 reps

7 squats

7 merkins

7 big bois

7 lunges

7 burpees

7 CDDs

Now burpee total 92
