This is going to be pretty short. I am still not 100%. But I got to lead a workout with these guys which was great. You might be asking why it was all abs. All I have the energy to say is I was not fully up to things so we did abs instead of other exercises. I know that some people want a 6 pack. But today, I could only offer a 9 pack this morning.
