Runners run to farthest light pole 8th pole and perform 8 burpees, run back to the start to perform 8 big boy situps, run to 7th pole and perform 7 burpees, run back to the start and perform 7 big boys, then 6 and 6, 5 and 5 etc. Until you got to 1 and 1.

Mosey to 1st light pile and perform 1 merkin, back to start to perform 1 squat

2nd light pole 2 merkins, 3rd pole 3, etc. Etc
