Moleskin:

It was a cool morning. There were several cars at Scrooge as I pulled in. I was ready to see the other PAX. Judging by the amount of cars present, there would be at least 5 PAX. Well, it seems we had some people present who were not F3 related and did not plan on participating in the workout. One left before we got started and the other two that were there, but not present probably were on a long run. But Big Worm and Squatter pulled in to spend time with Thriller and I. So we marched on. We started with half laps around Hoppa’s Yard. It was fun to Mosey around and then do some exercises. I was enjoying my legs feeling energetic again after them feeling so stiff/locked up from the swelling (I can kiss that goodbye now since I did Ultimate Frisbee and forgot to take an anti-inflammatory). I ended up doing 12 reps on the second exercise because I was zoning out and forget to call things at 6. But it worked out. It took a little longer than I wanted to get through the warmup, but that is what happens when you have to do 6 laps. But we eventually made it through with some “alrightys” and some uncalled Squats. We then Moseyed over to the Grove. We did an exercise on the way in and I forgot to do Squats on the way in. We were running low on time and I was just trying to quickly move us forward, so we ended up doing Big Boys instead of Squats for the last exercise. But then we ran back the way we came and I had us start with Squats and work our way back down, though no Burpees this time. We made it back in time to Gravity stretch and then BOM. It went well if you ask me. We got to hear a little about Squatter’s son getting a new paint job on his car, some Saturday running that may have made one runner a bit delirious, and some holiday travels. All in all, it was some good fun.

Thank you for letting me lead and have a blessed day!
