Increase broad jump by 1 each time and back to line on low squat….we went up to 10

Mosey to bottom of hill. 25 SSH

Mosey to curve. 10 jump squats

Mosey to Bridge – 11s with incline merkin and big bois

Mosey to creek park

5 pulls up Rotate while others plank

Repeat while other Squat

Mosey to curve. 30 merkins

Mosey to bottom of hill. 10 burpees

Make our way back to COT…Yogi showed me muscle up and I like it.

Great morning with my brothers. Had good mumble chatter and while staying busy. Morale was high and that made things seem easy. Misdemeanor charges on those 30 merkins and 10 burpees on the way back. Pax called the exercises in between the hill and bridge. Luckily no one caught a felony! :laughing::laughing:
