MOLESKIN: picked up Weenies Q yesterday , and I didn’t have any big plans, really thought about the bear crawl, crab walk thing last night. Didn’t realize how much of a burner it was gonna be. Both bionic and I got pretty gassed by the end, and it took up most of the workout. Constantly having my hands on the concrete put a couple nice blisters on the bottom of my hands, so there’s the name of the workout. Bionic and I discussed how both of us need to pursue more mobility and flexibility in our routines, so hopefully we can incorporate. Ore stretches in our Q’s.
